Welcome to Holiday Harbour in Canandaigua, NY

 

Holiday Harbour is a residential subdivision on the north side of Canandaigua Lake.  Built during the 1970's and 1980's, it consists of 155 units.  There are apartment style condominiums, as well as two story condominums.  Homes range from 1-bedroom, 1-bath to 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths.  The units range in size from approximately 700 sf to more than 1100 sf of interior living space.  Entry into the neighborhood is from West Lake Drive onto Holiday Harbour.  Amenities include a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Private Docks and on-site maintenance staff.
