The New Castle County announced a new program under which it will provide the following services to HGMA - at no charge !!

1) Billing: The NCC will send out the annual yearly dues notices and forward all checks received to HGMA. They will also send out late payment notices, guide us through the lien process and provide monthly statements on dues etc to MORE...
