Welcome

Historic Roser Park is a unique neighborhood nestled along winding Booker Creek just south of downtown St. Petersburg. Developed by Charles Roser in the early 1900's, the neighborhood is filled with varyius architectural styles. It is the first National and Locally Historic Register neighborhood in St. Petersburg!  Enjoy our many events... an Art Festival in November and a Tour of Homes on Easter weekend.
