Our Hills of Beckley Station consists of 141 homes. Established in May 2001 by the builder and turned over to members on February 16, 2006.
The Board has established the following committees allowing all Association members in good standing an opportunity to have a direct voice in how the association is run. The committees are independently run and work directly with the Board for all needed matters. Participation in a committee is energizing and upbeat, is a great way to meet others in the neighborhood with similar concerns and interests, while making a positive difference in our community. We are actively seeking additional members for the following committees:
Finance Committee:
This committee will work directly with the Treasurer of the Association and other necessary parties to review and recommend on financial obligations of the Association, will have direct input in setting the 2007 budget and association dues amounts, actions for the collections of such, as well as other pertinent items working in the best financial interest of the Association.
Grounds Committee:
This committee will review and recommend decisions regarding the look, landscaping, and maintenance of our front entrances and any new land improvements within the community to common areas and grass circle areas for the Association.
Event Planning Committee:
This committee will review and recommend decisions for community wide events the Association may host (or attend), neighborhood decorations, and a neighborhood newsletter. If any member would like to contribute ideas or lead a community event, this team can help with structuring and communicating the event to the Association.
