NEED CHANGE!!!

The Current Board of Directors and Management company have Ignored the issues for too long and this place is starting to fall apart!

Do you Want Change?
Do you Want to Stop Wasting Money?
Do you Want to make Highline Meadows a beautiful place to live?
Do you want your Roofs Replaced?
Do you want to have more control over your Community Board of Directors and the Management company and the decisions being made?
Do you want your suggestions considered?
Do you want this place to start increasing in property values?
Do you believe the management company has done a Reasonable Financially Responsible job?
Do you believe the Board of Director has you best interests at heart? Are they being directed by the Management Company?
Do we need to consider a new Board of Directors and Management company due to their Incompetence and Exceeded Term Limits in Office?

The community is coming together and talking to one another. We realize that we are not getting things fixed and beautification of our complex has been ignored.

1. Sign the Petition and return to the petition organizers

2. Become a Voice of change on this website, talk about what is going on.

3. Become interested in your community and consider serving on the New Board Of Directors for Change.

4. Contact your building coordinators. Those people who gave you the petition to sign.

5. Send an Email to Voice your concerns or become a community leader and spokesperson.

Why would the Board of Directors combat any improvements to this community?

 At what point are they going to do something like pick up the trash surrounding the complex, stop the roofs from leaking, paint the place, cut cost and make Highlline Meadows look better?

All they want to do is slap us all with a giant 3-4 Million dollar Assessment and then continue wasting our money. At what time do the owners of this complex say "That's Enough"!!..... I really want to know where my money is going and why!

They spend our money like it grows on trees and we get nothing!

Why are they stealing personnel property from the homeowners?

Why do the board of directors hide behind the management company as our money is going down the drain?

Who can change things for the better in 2008-"You the owners must make Change"

All of your concerns are very valid points and I agree with everyone of them and alot more that aren't mentioned.These are all points that every homeowner has the legal right to receive.It is very obvious that the board and the management co. don't think you or I or anybody else they do business have any rights as consumers.This type of consumer abuse will undoubtedly come back to haunt them.We anxiously await the day.Bottom line,right is right and wrong is wrong,and I don't see anything in this way of dealing with homeowners and consumer that even comes close to being right.This is a very sad situation that will be corrected very soon.
