We have Lived at Highline Meadows for many years and know this community and its surrounding very well.We are very concerned with what is happening in my community and want to help. We believe that the Highline Fellows website is presenting the facts very clearly and bringing the real situation to light. It is very clear that this community is being taken to the cleaners and our rights are being violated. It is also very clear that the Board of Directors have not been performing there function correctly by following the established procedures set in the Declaration. They are supposed keep this community looking nice by beautification, upkeep and replacement of the roofs. They have allowed the Management company TMMC to raise our dues each years with nothing in return. We have to all now pay for there incompetence over the years in which they blame on the prior Twenty years before 2002. This community have been slapped in the face and its time for people to stand up and Take notice of the real issues!
