The Highland Creek Community is located off of Shelly-Mullis Rd. directly across from Ashley-Glen Way in Indian Land, SC. The HOA of our community is in the hands of the developer, Timberstone Homes, formerly Westport Homes. A group of homeowners has formed a Committee considered advisory to the HOA board which is Timberstone Homes.
