Highland Creek Circle

The Highland Creek Community is located off of Shelly-Mullis Rd. directly across from Ashley-Glen Way in Indian Land, SC.

The HOA of our community is in the hands of the developer, Timberstone Homes. Concerned about conditions of the community and the value of our homes, a group of homeowners has formed a Committee considered advisory to the HOA board which is Timberstone Homes. The members are: Steve Attridge, Art Becker, Michelle Coreless, Mike Malinowski, Barb Martinez, Joe McEvoy and Steve Ramsey. Because we have conducted meetings and preserved minutes for them ,the homeowners have the legal right to prepare for turnover of the HOA.
