Highland at Rogers Ranch is a community of nearly 300 homes.  We sit north of Baseline Road from 45th Ave to 47th Ave and north to Vineyard.

We are managed by Ogden and Associates. 

The Block Watch President is Stephanie Scovell, who is also the Laveen Village Civilian Coordinator for Phoenix Neighborhood Patrol.
