What this group is about
This is a group for Harbor Bay residents. The focus being to know your neighbors and watch out for each other. This is not about getting in other peoples business, starting any home owner organization or being a neighborhood vigilante. We have a nice quiet community and just want every one to be safe in property and mind. We are not about pointing fingers or complaining about neighbors. If you have neighbor issues take it up with them. We are not mediators. If this group sounds interesting to you please ask to join as it a closed group. You will be contacted.
