Hampden Hills at Aurora

Hampden Hills is located in southeast Aurora, Colorado. The main entrance to the subdivision is located at Hampden and Biscay. The community was built by Alpert Homes in the late 1970's to mid-80's. Restrictive covenants and an Architectural Review Committee were established.
