Welcome to United H.O.P.E. Community Development Corporation's website! We are located within the Park Heights Master Plan boundaries. Our place of operation is located at the NIA Performing Arts & Community Learning Center at 4604 Reisterstown Road. We are a grass-root self-sustained organization and have been in operation for 16 years. Our days and hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 1pm - 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. We have an open door policy. So! stop by to learn more about what we are doing.
