Welcome to the Greenridge Subdivision
We are a community of 70 homes built around 1999-2000, located one mile west of I-45 (Gulf Freeway) in League City. We're 15 minutes from NASA's Johnson Space Center and Space Center Houston. Nearby Clear Lake is the sailboat capital of the world.
Downtown Houston is about 35 minute drive North and Galveston Beach is about 35
minute drive South.
