I think it would give a much more presentable appearance to the neighborhood if the rusty guardrail at the entrance from Route 40 onto Cognac Drive were painted.  BC Consulting - any input?

I believe instead of the guardrail, they should have put bushes or trees to make it more presentable.  Our neighborhood now looks ugly.

That guardrail went up after a car ended up in the townhouse on the end.  I guess it was a good idea but you are right - put some bushes up to camouflage it and make the entrance presentable.

Thank you for the recommendations. We've contacted BC Communities about the concern. BC has created a work order with DELDOT to investigate options for the guardrail.
