Welcome

Goodwill Industries of Hawaii is a private non-profit corporation serving Hawaii's community since 1959. Goodwill provides 30 different occupational skills training, job placement, and support services programs for people with various barriers to employment. These barriers might include physical, emotional, or developmental disabilities, dependence on public assistance, mental illness, lack of education, literacy or work experience, homelessness, etc. Basically, people with barriers to employment are people, like you and me, who might need just a little more assistance to find and keep a job.

Goodwill programs provide that needed assistance and subsequent support, helping thousands of people, each years, attain the dignity, independence, and self-sufficiency which comes with training for work, getting a job, and receiving a regular paycheck.

On behalf of our Board of Directors, our staff, and especially the people we serve, thank you for supporting Goodwill Industries of Hawaii through your donations of clothing and household goods, through your monetary support, through your event sponsorship and participation, through your equipment and project grants, through your job opportunities, and through your generous support and investment in Hawaii's community. With your help, Goodwill served more than 4,450 people last year and helped 1,212 people find jobs in our community. Thank you!
