Welcome to Geist Woods Neighborhood Web Site

We are a wonderful neighborhood in the woods near Geist Lake.

It is a friendly neighborhood consisting of 66 single family homes.

We think this is the best kept secret of the Geist Lake area, close to the lake and a couple of miles from the Marina, yet affordable and tucked away quietly in the trees.  Just around the corner from 96th and Fall Creek in Fall Creek Township of Hamilton County, Indiana.

We are in the exemplory  Hamilton SE School District.

The neighborhood was started in about 1984 and homes range from about 1,400 sq ft to about 3,600 sq ft.

It is a warm and welcoming neighborhood to all.

Below are links to Governing Documents of the Neighborhood, See "DOCUMENTS and PAGES" SECTION)  Also

Contact Links to the Officers of the Homeowners Association, and links to Events, Schools, Police and places of interest and some history of the area.  We hope these links keep you interested in visiting our neighborhood web site often.  Over time we hope to add an events calendar and Newletters and links to HOA Meeting Minutes.
