Farmington Ridge is a quiet and family oriented community. Our community is nestled among trees and rolling hills in Cabarrus and Mecklenburg Counties. Farmington Ridge consist of 131 single family homes and 79 townhomes, just minutes from Concord Mills, Lowes Motor Speedway and I-485. The community offers a private pool and cabana, city living with a small town feel and Cabarrus County taxes. The town of Harrisburg was founded in 1972, the family centered town offers several convenient restaurants for your dining pleasure, along with independently owned specialty shoppes.
