Crosswinds is a multi-phase residential housing plan built by Maronda Homes.
The land was developed by Trueline. Some phases of the Crosswinds plan are *not* part of this HOA. This includes homes on Beck's Run Road, Santa Anna Drive, and Westwind Drive. The reasons for this are not clear.
