Welcome

Welcome to the Crestvale Neighborhood Association (C.N.A.) website. The C.N.A. was established in 1966 by the people living in the Crestvale subdivision in the city of Rock Hill, Missouri (http://www.rockhillmo.net/).  It is comprised of 60 homeowners and is broken down into four separate blocks.  These blocks are:  Bahia Drive, Barcia Drive, Crestvale Drive, and Marick Drive. The homeowners are a diverse mixture of people: single, young couples, families with children and senior citizens.

The objectives of this organization are:

  • Beautification - Maintaining the general upkeep of the properties within the subdivision.
  • Communication - Working and fellowshipping together for the common good of the neighborhood.
  • Stabilization - Working together to foster good neighbor relationships.
  • Crime Prevention - Maintaining a constant surveillance of the areas in and around the subdivison for suspicious activitites.
Members pay an annual fee of $25 (C.N.A. Dues).  Meetings are held quarterly at 7:00 p.m. at Rock Hill City Hall.  In addition to our meetings the Association hosts two events:  The Annual Spring Fling (June) and The Holiday House Decorating Contest (December).

The Crestvale Neighborhood is a great neighborhood in which to live.  We welcome you to our site.
