Bronzeville is proud to have been home to Louis Armstrong and Richard Wright. This neighborhood is undergoing a cultural renaissance, adding many of its buildings to the historic registeries. The Bronzeville Walk of Fame has 91 placques recognizing famous African Americans. Have a meal at the great soul food restaurants and then take in a concert at the Harold Washington Cultural Center. Bronzeville is where it's at!
