 People, people.  Just look what we have to look at when we enter Boulder Dam off of Broadview.  Weeds on one side and a car lot on the other, and you wonder why property values go down.  Not saying this is the only reason, but it sure don't help.  I really don't have an answer to this problem and if anyone else does, please make it known.  Thanks for listening to me spout off.  Don't want to offend anyone.

I totally agree!  The entrance to our community used to be decent and now it looks terrible.  That is if you can even make the turn with all of the cars parked an the corner of Boulder Dam and Broadview.  Used car lot??  More like junk yard!
