Bear Valley Improvement Association

Bear Valley is a Denver community that started about thirty years ago. We are served by Traylor Academy grade school, Henry Junior High, and Kennedy High School. We are blessed with a city park that runs along our southern border from Sheridan to Wadsworth. There are about 1500 homes in our area. The citizens strive for well kept homes and friendly neighbors helping each other.

Vote on Walgreen Building, June 8
For those who did not vote at the May 11 BVIA meeting, there will be one final opportunity to vote on the proposed Walgreen Building at S. Sheridan and West Columbia.
Vote Wednesday, June 8, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Bear Valley Library.
