Kingsley Lake Property Owners Association is the local Civic Organization which provides various services to the residents of the Kingsley Lake community which is located around Kingsley Lake in the middle of the Camp Blanding National Guard reservation, located 6 miles east of Starke, FL off Hwy 16.
