Astor Place is a subdivision in Wheeling Illinois. It is located on Milwaukee Ave South of Dundee Rd and North of Hintz Rd. Astor Place was Developed by Kimball Hill Homes in 2003.
Astor Place consists of 248 units of which 120 are built in town home style and 128 in condominium style. There are 8 different floor plans in the Astor Place subdivision that range between 1200-2100 square feet.
