11th Street Bridge Community

We are a small piece of the Wilmington area puzzle, yet thriving in property development and the edification and beautification of our community. This is a great area to live in, it is clean, quiet, and has access to I495 North & South via 12th Street along with access to the DART route 24 which connects you directly to Rodney Square and downtown Wilmington. We have a newly developed Urban Farm at 12th & Brandywine Streets that we invite you to not only visit but partake of its harvest in due season. Come, check us out!
