Approximately around the end of February (2009) I began experiencing intermittent internet connection problems. I am an Insight customer with 10.0 broadband service. Most of the time my internet connection performs correctly. However, I have trouble typically in the evening hours (between 8pm and 11pm). I have spoken with Insight many, many times and they have even been to my home. The problem has not been resolved. Another neighbor and Insight customer has expressed the same difficulty with her internet. I am wondering if there are any other Insight customers having connectivity issues as well.
