YARD OF THE MONTH

HOW IT WORKS

The first 'Yard of the Month' award for the season is chosen by the Association Board of Directors. The following months' awards are chosen by the current award recepient. The family chosen for the award will have the sign placed in their yard for a month. After chosing the next winner, they will also receive $25.

SUGGESTED CRITERIA

The following suggested criteria will be considered when determining the winner for the award:

1. Sidewalks and driveway are edged.
2. Variety of color in flowers.
3. Well manicured yard.
4. Well trimmed shrubs and trees.
5. Exterior of home is well kept.
6. Number of trees and shrubs are well balanced.
7. Healthy green grass.
8. Sidewalks and driveway are clean and swept.
