Woodlands of Riverside

Mar 26, 2009

For those of you who have just moved into our neighborhood, welcome to Woodlands of Riverside. My name is Deb Ross. I am a Fort Wayne native and am very familiar with the history of this Area. Woodlands of Riverside is a great place to live, with Mother Nature just outside our door and shopping only ten minutes away. The Association is here to serve the neighborhood. The purposes of the Association are stated in our Constitution, and our Covenants provide rules and restrictions that protect our property values. These documents are available to you either in print from a Board Member or on our website listed in this newsletter. We have several Association activities planned this year and I hope that you can participate in any or all of them. We also appreciate any input you may have for other activities we can offer to the membership. Have a great year.

President: Deborah Ross
Vice President: Matt Dager
Secretary: Dottie Barnes
Treasurer: Rose Sherman

The June winner will then pick the next month?’s winner at the end of June, deliver the yard sign and the criteria list to the homeowner chosen.
