Our Board wants to thank all those who participated in the Pay Early Party this past Saturday at the pool clubhouse. Just over 40 residents participated in the event to get a head start in paying their 2016 HOA Assessments and help get us through this year. Participants were also eligible to win a couple of prizes. Randie Strom (our treasurer) and his wife Jodi provided a really nice spread of food and drinks for those who came in to pay. In the coming days, prize winners will be indentified and their prize will be delivered to their residence. Residents can still pay their assessments at the reduced price ($205) as long as it's received by C.I.A. Services, HOA President or Treasurer before the end of September. Any assessments received after that date will be at $215.
