Pool Registration
The Board of Directors has again approved a free guest program for the swimming pool. The program allows each home owner or tenant ten (10) free guest entries during the upcoming pool season. When you come to the pool, you may sign-in in your guest(s) on the front of your Family Registration Card. After the ten (10) free guest entries have been used, you will be required to pay a $3.00 fee for each guest to swim in the pool. Children must be twelve years old to sign in a guest. There are four days during the pool season that guests cannot be signed in using the free entries: Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and the Annual Home Owners Picnic day. On these days guests are required to pay the $3.00 entry fee. In order to participate in the free guest program, we ask that you provide us with some information about your family that we will maintain on your Family Registration Card at the sign-in desk. The Family Registration Card has several uses. Primarily, we will use it to make sure only Woodland Oaks Homeowners Association owners, or their tenant, who have paid their annual assessment in full use the pool. A gentle reminder please, assessments must be paid in full to be eligible to use the pool facilities. We will also use it to keep record of the number of free guests you sign in at the pool. Rather than wait until the pool opens, we are asking you to provide us with the information during advanced registration on the Family Registration Cards you received in the news letter. Advanced registration is on 28 February, 28 March and 25 April at the club house from 10am-12pm.
