Welcome
The purpose of the Wood County Board is to ensure that Wood County residents have access to a high quality array of community-based behavioral health care services. The Board's statutory requirements are to plan, monitor, evaluate and fund necessary alcohol, drug addiction and mental health services. While the Board does not provide services, it does contract with service providers for these necessary services. Effective management by the Board maximizes the success of mental health, alcohol and drug addiction services in Wood County.
