Welcome to Wolf Lake, a beautiful neighborhood located in Southern Indiana. This neighborhood has beautiful homes, established tree-lined streets and a private lake that is home to local wildlife. Residents love to bike or walk the quiet streets as well as the path surrounding the lake. We have an active homeowners' association which maintains the common properties. Residents can enjoy the swimming pool, play tennis on our court, exercise in our workout facilities, or fishing in our lake. The clubhouse can be reserved by residents for private functions as well as use our private conference room. Children attend New Albany/Floyd County School Corporation or one of the fine private schools in our county. We are located minutes from downtown New Ablany, shopping, hospitals, colleges and also downtown Louisville.
