WCNW Captain's Desk Memo

I, Larry Voirol, 5112 Windy Willow Dr., was appointed Captain of the Willow Creek Neighborhood Watch during the month of November 2008. I will post relevant news monthly in regards to possible illegal activity in the neighborhood and list links to various sites that may assist the community with problems.

I have completed classes in the Louisville Metro Police Citizens Police Academy. As a participant I will have a unique opportunity to get an insider's view of topics including the Judicial Systen, Crime Statistics, Organizatiional Structure, Metro Narcotics, Gangs and their consequences, K-9 and other police training procedures.
This will also allow for better communication between the neighborhood watch and the police.
The class lasts for 12 weeks and meets once a week.
If anyone is interested in signing up for further classes to be held later please contact me and I can get you a copy of the application. A background check will be conducted on any person signing up for the academy.
