Dunedin's Honey Moon Island, Clearwater beaches, Tampa Downs Horse Track, Tampa International Airport and all kinds of shopping and restaurants including Outback, Carrabba's, Publix, Sweet Bay, Super Target and the Citrus Park Mall and West Park Village.

The Westchase area and home neighborhoods is a well manicured and family friendly area with two neighborhood friendly pools, play ground for the kids and a basketball court. If you like golf, Westchase has a fantastic golf course located directly in the heart of the community.
