Upper Highlands Neighborhood Association

I am seeing graffiti on several electrical boxes, paper racks, and bldgs.
I wonder if anyone can read them and tell what groups they represent.
I have noticed a police car sitting in the Nolan parking lot on Gardiner LN.
Hopefully they will continue as cars are going 50 mph on Gardiner LN especially early morning when School kids are waiting for buses.

Speeding has always been an issue.  Yes, it needs to stop.  Walker on the side are close to the road.  In spring 2008, the graffiti has been low.  I do read them.  We do not want tagger marking their area.
