So, has a meeting been scheduled?

It would be nice if someone checked the development periodically to ensure that ALL covents are enforced and in compliance.  Homeowners show not have to report violation to the association.  What are we paying for?  Personally I would like to see a detailed listed of expenditures...not just a list of what suposedly was spent...ie.. $750 for flag replacement for the past two years.  A storm flag is not that expensive and should last approximately 18 months.
