Anyone else trying to contact Debbie Hughes @ Mady who manages the HOA and getting no response? I believe it's time for an HOA meeting to discuss concerns about the violations occuring and no action by the HOA. We pay yearly HOA fees but it makes me wonder why if violations are allowed.

I received a very nice email from the HOA, they are trying hard to get the violations taken care, some residents are just no complying. Lets all follow the HOA rules and guidelines and keep our neighborhood the finest in all for Fort Worth

I hate to inform you but that is the typical response from our HOA.  I honestly feel that they are not working on getting any of the violation taken care of at all.  I live on Lead Creek Drive, and we have a homeowner that has a jungle for a front yard and I know me and my neighbors have complained many times over the past 2 years, but nothing has been done about it!!!!!!  I always get told that the HOA is aware of the problem and they have sent multiple letters to the homeowner.  I have lived in this community for 4 yrs now, and I have not seen the HOA actually get anything done except hire some kids to check your pool tag at the pool during the summer.  I have friends that complain about how their HOAs are so up in their faces and are somewhat abusing their power sometimes.  I just wish our would use their power and enforce the guidelines that everyone who bought a home in our community agreed with and signed.
