The Crucible is an educational facility that fosters a collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, The Crucible promotes creative expression, reuse of materials, and innovative design, while serving as an accessible arts venue for our students and the general public. Our goal is to provide the best-equipped training facility on the West Coast for the production of all forms of sculpture, from intricate jewelry to monumental metal or stone, from figure sculpture to the wildest kinetic creations.
