If your smart you will avoid this nieghborhood. They are currently forecloseing on homes who owe $800.00 or more on there HOA dues. Just so you know i am not in forecloser. This is a horrible neighborhood. They dont care about there neighbor, they just want the money. So if your smart you would avoid this neighborhood. More posts to follow.

In this neighborhood only certain people can have fences or out buildings. So dont think because you drive through the neighborhood and see a fence here and a shed there means that you can have one because they will tell you cant. Maybe if you get in with the board of HOA. Remeber stay away from this niebhborhood. |
