About our Association

Tanager Woods 1 - Sunbury Heights PUD District 1 and 2 - Columbus, OH 43230

A nice place to live.  The streets within our Association are:  Alps Court, Andes Court, Mt. Rushmore Court, Pyrenees Court, San Andres Place, Sayan Court, Smoky Place, Teton Court, and Wrangell Place.

Tanager Woods is a PUD (Planned Unit Developement) with an "Owner's Association" (" a non-profit corporation formed under the laws of Ohio for the purpose of holding and maintaining the Common Area for the common use and enjoyment of lot owners within the Tanager Woods Section of Sunbury Heights Planned Unit Developement.")

Upon closing of your home, you were to receive copies of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Ownership along with the By-Laws of Tanager Woods Owner's Association.
