I hope no one gets discouraged by opinions on this site. I don't agree with my family on things, but that doesn't keep me from talking to them.
I think the main purpose for the ''discussion'' area is to share concerns, ideas, issues and happenings in our neighborhood. With recent break-ins I think it's very important we ALL keep in touch.
Please don't stop with your input because someone has said something you don't want to hear, or disagrees with something you've said.
I hope everyone that as participated keeps it up...PLUS SOME! All input is important and necessary to make a ''talk about'' site like this one work!..........

It is very hard to want to discuss anything on here when certain people only have negative things to say. This person does nothing but complain about every issue that comes up it seems. Why not start worrying about the cars that sit in driveways with flat tires and broken out windows. One in paticular has not moved in over a year. It was moved from the street after being reported over a year ago. I thought this was against city code ? What about the speed of the people that drive in here. It amazes me to see parents with their children in the car flying thru our neighborhood. I think we need speed bumps. Let's just quit making rude comments back to someone since their opion is different.

I agree with looking to get speed bumps, or at least getting the word out that everyone should slow down. I have a child and worry about his (and all children's) safety when it comes to people driving so fast through our neighborhood. Thanks.

Isn't that ''negative complaing'', also? ( cars in drive ways) I TOTALLY agree on that subject, but if I bring it up on here, it's negative? I HAVE TRIED to do something about this issue, I have called city on a few matters that need addressed in our community. BUT, from here on.....NEVER! Ididn't sit back & complain... I tried to get help with issues.And as far as safety for our kids? Be worse & more traffic after the bar's built.People seem to forget YOUNG service men & women go to them also, not just seniors..... oops. Im being negative!
