Sundance Trails Homeowners Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit association incorporated November 1999 with the mandate to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of all common areas in the Sundance Trails subdivision and to perform all other duties as outlined in the Association documents.Sundance Trails is a deed-restricted equestrian community in southern Hillsborough County Florida.
