Welcome to the Legacy Square HOA Website

Hello! Welcome to our website for the Legacy Square Homeowner's Association. Our community is composed of 293 homes and is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Savannah, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport and Hunter Army Airfield and is one of thirteen communities of Berwick Plantation. Our amenities include a Community Swimming Pool, Pavilion, Playground, 3 Fishing Lakes, Dock, Tennis Courts and a Basketball Court. We are also entitled to utilize a 2 acre stocked fishing lake which also has a paved walking/running track and Pavilion.
