Welcome to our Skyline Waterway Community

Welcome to the Skyline Waterways website.  We are a community of 1040 waterfront homes, surrounded by the main 12th St. canal, that flows north from the Caloosahatchee river. Skyline Blvd. is our gateway street, that connects to our island neighborhood. Skyline has the only bridge that crosses the 12th St. canal, and connects to the east-qwest thoroughfare of Cape Coral Parkway.

Welcome to the Eight Lakes & Cape Unit 64

The Eight Lakes neighborhood is bordered by Cape Coral Parkway to the North, El Dorado Parkway to the South, Pelican Boulevard to the East and Skyline Boulevard to the West. The Eight Lakes neighborhood is one of the jewels of Southeast Cape Coral. The neighborhood is anchored by two beautiful man-made salt water lakes, Thunderbird Lake and Britannia Lake. Both of these lakes were constructed with four clover leafs, a design that maximizes the number of waterfront homes in the community.

Unit 64 is located south of Cape Coral Parkway and between Skyline Drive and Chiquita Boulevard.
