Shiloh Creek Neighborhood Association

Welcome to Shiloh Creek!

The Shiloh Creek Subdivision was originally founded in 1988 and Registered on Sunbiz.org Document Number N92000000195 FEI/EIN 59-3167226.

Last Event was in 1993 "Admin Disolution for Annual Report"

It was reorganized to it's present form by Members of Shiloh Creek with no official HOA.

It is one of the oldest neighborhood associations in Mandarin Florida. Currently the subdivision has  54 parcels within its boundaries. All residents -- homeowners and renters alike -- are welcome to  Shiloh Creek Subdivision.

No HOA Rules so RV's and Boats welcome as long as compliant with city Ordanance, no additional HOA restrictions.

Drawbacks:

The Neighorborhood is prone to flooding and has done so many times since it was established in 1988, additionally therehas been consistant permitting problems with the SJRMD and COJ PWD along with the residents. Each identified group Knows thier responsibility or the lack thereof and it goes in circles to get anything accomplished.

Additionally, some long time residents try to enforce non-existant rules and feel as if they are the rulers.
