Welcome

Welcome to the the Rosemont Glen Homeowners Association (RGHOA) website. Rosemont Glen is a pleasant community of 58 homes located in the southernmost section of the community of Rosemont, part of Sacramento County, CA. Since the time of its charter in 1986, RGHOA is required to enforce the CC&Rs and Bylaws and to manage the annual dues which cover maintenance of the common area along Thunder Way and Hedge Avenue. The volunteer Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. Additionally, the Architecture Committee, which is the only required standing committee, consists of volunteers who approve changes to external home changes - paint, major architectural changes, and certain landscaping changes. Our neighbors are friendly and strive to keep Rosemont Glen a great place to live.
