Welcome to Rolling Oaks I

The Rolling Oaks Homeowners Association I (ROHOA) was created to maintain and improve the quality of life for all residents of the Rolling Oaks Neighborhood. Rolling Oaks Success Story

Monthly HOA board of directors meetings held on Saturday (see Rolling Oaks calendar).  All residents are encouraged to attend.  ROHOA shall provide a unified voice representing the interests of our community and before the City of Charlotte.  Our hope is to bring people of diverse backgrounds together in a spirit of fellowship and to nurture this diversity, for it is the root of our neighborhood personality.
