River Trails Homeowners Association

So I heard through the grapevine that most of us don't even have mineral rights, that the gas co sent out the initial letters to all the homeowners but they didnt start the process of title searches until after we signed the contracts.  If anyone recieves a bonus check, plz advise, I would be glad to hear it. 

Our understanding is that the checks will come in within 30 business days.

Our recent communication with Cheaha tells us that you will receive them within the next 10 business days.

And apparently the 'box' of homeowners that only own 1/2 their rights is bigger than originally stated.  I built my house here 13 years ago, so I still have all my original papers.  We found out saturday, on our original deed it appears that we only own 1/2 our mineral rights.  They are going to look into it further but I'd be willing to bet that the majority of us only own 1/2 if any of our minerals.  I live right across the street from the school which is in the area that was stated to have full ownership. 

So has anyone received checks from first signing meeting and if so, was it what you anticipated?  Thanks
