PIP - Parent Involvement Program

Welcome

March 30th, Tuesday from 4-7pm is our 2nd annual PIP Supermarket Math Nite at Stop & Shop. 

A partnership with Stop & Shop in Braintree has helped us launch a fun, family math experience in the supermarket! PIP creates a scavenger hunt throughout Stop & Shop to guide families up & down the aisles to show that math is everywhere! 

Creative Stations are also set up for our families to do fun math based activities like building and measuring the largest toothpick & gumdrop structure, creating the perfect healthy snack and matching pasta to their geometric shapes - to name a few. 

We also include the chance to work at the checkout ''zapping'' the product bar codes to create their grocery check out receipt. 

All children leave with a bag of goodies Stop & Shop and their vendors have prepared for our event.

Volunteers, Volunteers, Volunteers are needed! Let us know if you can help that day - times include set-up 3:00-4:30, General Volunteer 3:45-5:30 or 5:15-7:00 and Clean up 6:45-7:45. Any time available is appreciated.
