Northpointe II belongs to a Common Association which maintains a diving, lap, play and baby pool, two spas, a playground, 4 racquetball courts and two volleyball courts. There are 507 units in the Northpointe Commons. Each year the entire community holds an annual yard sale on the third weekend of February.
The HOA has been self managed by a group of dedicated volunteers since Cardon Homes relinquished its responsibilities in the mid eighties. Board of Directors meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month except Holidays. Contact us for location and more info.
